This isn't really fair at all.
Samus has super-hero level abilities and lots of skill. Master Chief is a soldier with some decent gear and lots of skill. You might as well take Super Man and some random guy from the US Army and make them fight. The Metroid Universe is far more advanced technology wise than the Halo universe. Not a fair fight heh.
