Probably bigger?  It's easier to buy something off amazon then it is to hack your firmware.

I mean pirating DS games is like pirating MP3s. 

 

I'd never even heard of it.  I searched Amazon and it's only available used or really expensive, apparently.  PSP hacking is free.

Plus, even if this R4 were an equivalent problem as measured by the number of hackers on each system stealing their games, the larger install base of DS leaves more remaining owners who buy their games. 

The article's last point/implication seems weak.
