Let’s settle it once and for all, Megaman2 vs. Super Mario Bros 3.

Both games are considered as the ‘greatest games to grace the NES console’. But which deserves the title as the greatest Nes title, Megaman.2. Investigates.

 

When I look back at the Nes console I consider both games to be the definitive titles to showcase the Nes in all of its glory. Both were released late in the lifecycle of the Nes and both left gamers and critics alike speechless. Megaman2 boasts innovative gameplay, challenging levels and one of the greatest soundtracks found in gaming. Megaman2 has found its place among the most hardcore of gamers, a game we won’t forget any time soon.

 

Super Mario 3 was a game simply ahead of its time boasting a vibrant world, pitting the gamers in for a challenge unlike any other. Considered the best in the Super Mario series let me tell you the game does not disappoint. The soundtrack found in the game is sublime, with unlockable features just adding to the replay value.

 

In My honest opinion, after weeks of investigating Megaman2 deserves the title as Greatest Nes game of all time. With Super Mario Bros 3 closely followed.
