Okay, I didn't read the entire thread (who could blame me really) but I think what she meant to say was actually right but she didn't express herself in the most eloquent way.
What I think she was getting at is : I think it's okay that gay and str8 people can both have access to marriage but I personally believe marriage should be between a man and a woman.
I don't have any problem with this stance because she didn't say that gay people shoudn't be allowed to marry and that she will not rest until every gay marriage has been declared void.
