My office has an (in my opinion) amazing washroom on the other side of the building. Rather than having standard metal cubes with holes above and below the stall, they are these bricked in little closets with standard doors and a fan above the toilet; it is far more quiet and private than any other public washroom I have ever used.

I have wondered why more washrooms were not designed with privacy in mind; is it fear that people will do questionable things in the washroom (drugs/sex) or do companies not see the value in it?
