2GB is fine for the games you're running, but with RAM so cheap you might as well get 4GB. Waiting 2-3 months will lower the costs of the other components enough so it should be possible.
If you plan to buy 2GB and then upgrade by 2GB later, you'll need to make sure you have enough free RAM slots. Also, if you only run one stick of RAM for the time being you'll lose dual-channel support which could slightly impact performance.
