When the 4770 comes out will the 4830 likely go down in price?  I believe the 4830 can play most current games at medium-high settings right? I'd like to shave off a little on the cost of the vg card, if the 4830 goes down in price when the 4770 comes out I could wait til then.

Would that be sensible?

Yes. It'll probably go down $30 CAD or more.

What about my CPU suggestion?

Yeah, the CPU sounds good. But when I "add to cart", with the taxes and shipping the price goes up to 94 on newegg. And the site where I'm having my PC built adds another 11$ to it eventhough, as you showed me the base price is only 3$ more.

However I'm going to be having the PC built at the end of june/early July so if the price of the VG card goes down by then I might just grab that CPU and a larger hard drive.
