Anyone that has a PS3 and doesn't have Rock Band should be camping hours before Best Buy opens, especially if you already have World Tour because I believe the instruments will work with Rock Band.
As for me, I don't see anything worth getting unless Rock Revolution is worth $10 and works with Rock Band 1 instruments (which is all I have).
