For Star Ocean 4, it definitely would have been nice not having to change discs to go back to old areas. It sounds like ToV will be getting some nice upgrades on the Blu-ray version because of the extra space. I would still use my PS3 for Blu-ray movies.

I think it's now time we get to a bigger storage medium next generation. CDs weren't needed when Floppies were ok, DVDs weren't needed when CDs were ok, now BD is not needed when DVDs are ok - get my drift.

At PS3/360 launch, the implementation of a BD drive was really high in cost. Currently, people over-estimate the implementation cost of Blu-ray drive instead of a DVD drive. $50 at the most now from what I've gathered talking to people that actually know this kind of stuff. Also, computer drives are less than $100 for 6x Blu-ray reader.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials
