At the beginning of the season everything was going well: Markov was showing that he was a number 1 defenseman, Komisarek was solid (till his shoulder was broken), Koivu/Tanguay/Kovalev were great, Carey Price was being compared to Patrick Roy. This Centennial year seemed like it was going to be something straight out of a storybook.

Since about the Christmas break, everything started going downhill. The mafia thing didn't help matters either. The book is about to close on this edition of the Montreal Canadiens.......next year things will look very different. New owners, new players, a new coach, and maybe even a new GM.

While I was writing this, Lucic drew a 5 minute penalty, lol.
