There's not many UFA goalies this summer, at least not any big ones. There's Khabibulin, but that's about it. They can get a decent stop gap goalie, like Fernandez/Clemmensen/Biron/Gerber, but none of those are goalies I would be comfortable with. If Florida re-signs Anderson, Vokun will be available, who I like. Halak would net a decent pick or prospect, he'd be a good backup goalie for someone.

Lucic even if he didn't manage to get points in this series, would be effective just with the fact that he has Bob Gainey obsessed with him, to the point where Laraque is on the top line, with Koivu/Kovalev against Lucic. Kovalev and Koivu weren't exactly lighting it up this series.......having Laraque lumbering around trying to get Lucic to fight him doesn't help matters.

Yea, I don't think a big #1 goalie is in order, mostly someone to share the duties with Price.

Well Laraque hasn't been on the top line since Game 2, but I agree, he is a brutal skater. Kovalev and Koivu haven't been great, but Montreal's second line has been terrible for a while now, especially that Tanguay somehow got injured and missed game 3 + 4, put Kostistyn onto the 1st line, meaning they loss a main part of the 2nd line(who has still been below normal though). The third line used to step up near the end of the season, but they have been non-existant as well.

I haven't been overly impressed with any player, it's been a poor effort all around. In a contract season you would think most of the guys would want to put up career numbers to get a big contract, but most have been hurting themselves more then anything. This year has been one of the worst I can remember, so much controversy and so many problems. Part me of glad it's done and I can stop getting my hopes up on this group, and look forward to next year.
