The reason why I chose the 80 gig is because they don't don't produce it anymore, you have to get a used. I was going making a review for the average customer.

As would I but that's obviously not an option for all consumers, let a lone most.

 

Your average consumer would most likely have the means to call up gamestop or the like and order a used one.

 

There are not enough used ones for everyone to get one even if they did. The majority of newly bought PS3s are 80gig because that is the standard sold. That is why I reviewed it. Most people getting or thinking about getting a PS3 want to know about the 80 gig model. If they have the smarts enough to know the difference between the old 60 gigs and the new 80s then they are probably already set and know what they are doing.
