Didn't we go through all this before at E3 and Leipzig GC aswell. Sony, S-E and Konamia say the games are PS3 exclusive, a week later there is some anonymous source is saying there is a deal in the works to bring them to 360. This is just the TGS version. Hopefully with no more big events till next March this rumour will eventually die, at least the MGS4 part. I am sure will will get FFXIII to 360 rumours after next years GDC, E3, Leipzig GC and TGS.
