The ones that find cheaper ways to produce games IE on different platforms or download games.

The problem with making download games is that they're faster to develop, so you need to be original and come up with new ideas for games all the time.

Another way is to make PS360 games with lower-quality graphics, but I think we all know that's not gonna happen... not easily at least.
