If you already have a 360, then it is hard to blow 400 €/$ in a PS3 
I got one on eBay for 250 € which is a real bargain (3 months old with warranty - 80 gb model), ideal for Blu-Ray and a couple of game.
I took MGS4, KZ2, LBP and Wipeout HD.... but to me, the retail price is still way to high to justify what it can do next to a 360...
Besides, I'm a hardcore online player and this is so poorly implemented...
So I won't be of any help to convince you 
... except if you are motivated by the games library like I'am... not by the plateform...
