It is very easy to level up in Fallout 3 if you have played before.  What eats up your time is the exploring, if you know where to go for quests already you can hit level 20 in a couple of hours.

Yeah, it's not that hard to level up, but I wasn't paying attention when I hit level 8, so I don't really have a save from right before it to work around the karma trophies. Of course, I won't make the same mistake twice with the level 14 and 20 ones.
