This... despicable. I am all for people obeying and complying with the law, but when you have done nothing wrong, you don't have to submit to a search. The claim that they wouldn't bring the dog back for a second time should show that they were just having a bad day and wanted to taze him.... or something. When you combine this with the recent report from DHS... things are shifting.
