They're pissed off at MS because MS is beating Sony at its own game, spreading money around to get games from developers. This used to be Sony's thing when they could afford bidding wars with the other players (much financially weaker than MS, like Sega and Nintendo).

 

Really? Is that what you REALLY think? Then, where are all the new original games M$ is getting from the industry? I don't see anything that pushes the industry forward, so you need to let me know what those games are.

 

I didn't say it's exclusives, although there's some exclusive and a lot of timed-exclusive content on the 360. There's the games which used to be exclusive to the PS3 but aren't any longer (such as FFXIII), and things like the exclusive GTA4 DLC which Microsoft sponsored. And of course all the games Microsoft got in Japan which would clearly have sold better on the PS3 or Wii.

Do you really think Microsoft's wallet didn't play a part in at least some of those things?
