warning! may gross you out! 
One time at the first day of school in the new building, I accidentally went to the girl's bathroom and "released" the pain. That bathroom had to be closed for the enitre day because of the stench and the fact that the toilet got plugged up. To this day, no one in the school knew who did it =P

does this count since this is accidental?
