Correction, Fox DID NOT ENDORSE THE TEA PARTIES!!!! Some of their commentators talked about it, but didn't actually endorse them. Also, the Alamo wasn't the only place a tea party happened.

They hosted them.  They advertised for the ones that they hosted.  They also put their names on them.  "FNC Tea Parties."

That's an endorsement and much more.  That's not just "talking about it."

Glenn Beck hosted his at the Alamo because he's an idiot and just strings together random things from American history into a big orgy of meaningless Americana.  Next he'll be hosting a 4th of July party at the Statue of Liberty dressed as a Constitution with a Lincoln beard.

@theprof, oh yeah, I've seen the real one then.  Soooo hilarious.

Isn't Glen Beck on a CNN station?  He was a pretty good radio host before he went all insane thinking the end of the world was coming.

Well not really good.  I pretty much didn't believe in 80% of what he said... but he was funny.
