Although we don't know how all the assets and features of the game will play out in practice, we at least know most of those features and assets. It's known that there is 256 players, there's 100+ (there's an exact number, I just forgot) weapons, a number of vehicles (don't know if it was numbered), huge maps, customizeable characters, a CO for both team and squad leaders that can all communicate with each other, etc. What's unknown (as far as I know) are the mission types, variety of environments, and more detailed information on the known features. But, so far we know enough and almost as much as we can know before playing the actual game. All we need to do is watch gameplay footage, play demos, and read reviews. But, I don't think it's silly to hype a game that has released the essential and most important features of itself. I love the name, as it fits it so perfectly and can explain everything about it instantly, it's simply a: Massive Action Game.

256 players haven't been done on other comparable games for a multitude of VERY GOOD reasons. Its not a bullet point which inspires confidence.
100+ weapons makes me wonder about balance.
># of vehices, again is it difficult to balance?
Tease.
