I don't think you understand what "unconsious racial bias" means.
It's largely based on scenarios such as this.
"You are walking down a dark alley at night. Suddenly you see a black man/white man... etc behind you"
And then measures different uncomfortableness levels.
None of this would relate at all to Obama... where people know a lot about him.
