My favorite other options though.
1) Go to Warren Buffet. Ask for 100 Million dollars... and the deal to be closed over hamburgers and cherry coke.
2) Buy a domain "www.Icuredcancer.com". Pick company B and make it so that each bottle of pills has the web adress written on it. People could donate money on the site to me based on how much they thought the treatment was worth to them.
