If you discovered a cure for a horrible illness, what would you do?

I was just thinking, what would happen to the hospitals, especially in a privatized health care industry such as it is in America, if I found a cure for cancer and chose option A? What would happen to the students in the medical school? What would be the incentive to be a doctor?
