If you discovered a cure for a horrible illness, what would you do?

Company B of course.

I'd be famous and the whole world would love me. I'd totally get like a billion hits on my blog. I wouldn't be known as the genius who cured cancer, but I'd be known as the genius who cured cancer and gave it away for free.

I wouldn't mind getting like 50 cents a cure though, or a book deal. But if it came down to saving lives, I'd prefer accessibility over profitability any day of the week.
