I would pick A.
I would like to see all of the cancer patients of the world receive affordable treatment, absolutely. However, an even bigger goal that I have in my lifetime is to provide for my loved ones, including my family, friends, fiance and, eventually, my children. I couldn't pass up an opportunity to do that in good conscience.
