How Much Will the PSP's New $169.99 Price Effect Sales?

I have a feeling that if DS sales show a hint of slowing, Nintendo can and will drop the price to $99. Heck they could probably drop the price to $79 and still make money. The fact of the matter is at this point the PSP can't win a price war against the DS. The PSP can do well but Sony shouldn't push Nintendo too hard lest they kiss any hope of profitability goodbye.
