Backwards compatibility
Same (or sometimes even better) experience with multi-platform games for less money
Can easily be connected to your pc monitor
Netflix
Many exclusive Live Arcade games

Less money? Last time I checked all new Xbox 360 and PS3 games were $60.

PS3 can very easily be connected to a PC monitor, simply get a HDMI to DVI connector, that's what I use.

A growing list of PSN exclusives are and have been coming out, and they have been getting much more attention.

As for the backwards compatibility, you can find a PS3 with it, however in all honesty, how many Xbox games do you play on your 360? And of those how many do you play reguraly? I"m guessing little to none.

HDMI to DVI converter? What about the sound? And what if your monitor has only the VGA available? It's rare, but still.

There are several ways to connect your PS3 to your computer setup. I personally have an HDMI to DVI cable for video, and use an Optical HD audio cable for my speakers (another one of those things the 360 doesn't have).

A newer monitor might have an HDMI connector itself, wherein you can connect your PS3 to your monitor, then through the monitor to the speakers via HDMI.

You can use your standard Red/White audio cables for sound while using Composite, Component, or HDMI for video.

There are converter boxes and cables for vitrually any configuration you can imagine, which means you can plug your PS3 into virtually everything, whereas on the 360 depending on your model, you can be very limited in what you play on.
