Less money? Last time I checked all new Xbox 360 and PS3 games were $60.
PS3 can very easily be connected to a PC monitor, simply get a HDMI to DVI connector, that's what I use.
A growing list of PSN exclusives are and have been coming out, and they have been getting much more attention.
As for the backwards compatibility, you can find a PS3 with it, however in all honesty, how many Xbox games do you play on your 360? And of those how many do you play reguraly? I"m guessing little to none.
