I definitely think it'll hit this gen, but when is the bigger question. Agree with Soriku about a possible announcement at TGS 2010, and I'm crossing my fingers for a Christmas 2011 release in JAP.
Potential awesome release schedule: FFXIII Christmas '09, FFvXIII Christmas '10, KH3 Christmas '11. It'd be like looking forward to the holidays for LOTR all over again :).
It's all about the game.
