Mirrors Edge, why didn't it sell more?

If this was a wii game people would say because wii can't sell hardcore games. Lol

Anyway, haven't seen much of the game, but the ads on tv were kinda cool, but I'm not really in to games like that. Perhaps I would have liked it better if it was 3rd person instead of 1st person.
