Why should I answer your question with canned answers that I would never do?
I would sell it for 5 million to each company that wanted to buy it, and I would not allow it to be exclusive.
After 10-20 companies bought the patent from around the world, I would be rich, and everyone would get the drug. (I am sure several philanthropists would buy it and give it to there charity drug company of choice)
A win win :)
