I don't remember saying that. you might have misread something that i said earlier, but anyways popularity of a game doesn't always mean its an amazing game, and a good game is somewhat subjective to opinions....
a game with lower scores can outsell a game with much higher scores.
There are so many ways to determine popularity, and so many different things to take into consideration like fanbase, userbase, scores, how many people play at any given time, sales, how well known it is, and their are probably more.
