You're kidding me right?

Aside from the terribly outsourced indian call centre (all companies do this btw).

They extended warranty to 3 years because of RROD (when did Sony do that when the PS2's dvd lense failed?)

My Console turnaround was 7 days after I posted it, at no cost to me. Sony you pay for postage AND repair if it's outside of the 1 year warranty.


OT: Bad parts about the 360

Pay for online

RROD (obviously)

HDD is costly

No inbuilt wifi (bad for me when I owned a 360)

Multiple discs in certain games.

DLC - an issue with the PS3 as well, but developers intentionally removing content on the disc to sell as DLC later

 

I think multi discs and no inbuilt wifi is the only thing I contributed to this thread.
