Nobody has mentioned Die Hard. This is one of a hand full of movies that I have watched over and over again on VHS and DVD. This movie looks like it had been filmed yesterday on Blu Ray. It definitly adds a whole new experience to it.
My second suggestion would be Blade Runner. It looks great but it didn't blow me away as much as Die Hard did, and if you are going to get the greatest Blade Runner collection ever made, you might as well buy it on Blu Ray. I know you or anyone else here might not enjoy the same movies as myself, but these are at the moment my two favorite Blue Ray movies.
I'm still waiting for Jaws and Fight Club.
