PS3 or Xbox 360? 3 Reasons To Get an Xbox 360

So you're looking to buy a PS3 or an Xbox 360?, great! I will present to you 3 reasons why you should get an Xbox 360, Do not interpret these as factual, however if you are a gamer looking to buy a console these may be of some assistance:

Reason #1: price

It's an obvious one, the console is cheap to buy, which means if you're a gamer looking for games to play, and that's all...it's the more viable option, with prices as low as $199.99, if your bottom line is to play games, then this is a reason why the Xbox 360 is better than the PS3, although if you want those extra bells and whistles such as headphones, or a Hard Drive you'll be looking at shelling a lot more cash.

Reason #2: Xbox Live Marketplace

While both consoles feature their own versions of the 'marketplace', the 'XBL Marketplace' is the better of the two, not only is it easier and more straight forward to use, but it also packs more demos, and game content than it's competitor. Furthermore the XBL marketplace seems to get updates earlier than the PSN Store and indeed more frequently. 

Reason #3: Larger Library of Games

Due to the early head start for Microsoft's Xbox 360, the library of games is bigger than what you will get on the PS3, you can argue all day about who has the more quality titles, but when it comes to quantity of game titles, the Xbox 360 definitely takes the cake, so once again if you are a gamer, and want to play games...surely a larger library of said games, gives the Xbox 360 a one-up over the PS3 as the gaming console of choice.

In conclusion if gaming is your passion, if playing games makes you smile gleefully then the Xbox 360 would be for you, simply because it is the cheaper of the two, gets updated frequently and contains a larger games cache than the PS3.
