I'm sorry, but no matter how many times people say it, it still isn't true. Insomniac isn't first party. =)

Insomniac isn't technicaly 1st party but they have strong links with Sony's 1st party developers (Ready At Dawn and Naughty Dog I think) IIRC correctly they have never made a game for any platform other than the playstation platform , all their current projects are playstatation related.
Insomniac shares all the traits of a first party developer , I think the fact that they aren't technicaly or legaly 1st party is irrelevant.
