I like their argument that they provide the same service as e.g. Google from a legal standpoint. Google links to most of their content; all they do is solely index a particular type of file (.torrent) which can be used for legal or illegal purposes.
So I think Google, etc. should be sued for the same thing. To show how stupid the whole law is.
