The Supreme Court ordered the EPA to do this study back in 2007, because Bush didn't know what science was, so he ignored it. He thought the free market could regulate its own atmosphere. It took a few years, but these are the EPA's results. It turns out CO2 is bad for the whole planet, and it turns out that American citizens are in the whole planet, so it's our duty to take care of the planet that we're in so we don't die.
Crazy logic, I know.
