No, FFXIII will not be downgraded like GTAIV.

It is an insult to RED53DEVILS too belittle his argument. Not to mention the fact that work on an Xbox 360 version hasn't been started and it's already being delayed.

This game may likely be downgraded.  Due to 360.

GTA IV was limited by the 360's lack of blu-ray and mandatory hard drive.

It was certainly delayed due to 360.  (we'll say it if we want to.)

Actually from what we know it is likely that GTAIV was limited by two things.  Space, and memory on the PS3.  In fact when the game was delayed most speculation indicated it was due to PS3 issues.

Fortunately, as a linear RPG, FFXIII wont have any space problems (especially as MS are no doubt removing additional disc fees for this game), meaning now it's just the PS3 messing us around.
