Again if we assume you are right that in no way makes PB guilty, it makes the uploader guilty and their not even trying to get the uploader. PB is not resposible for what people decide to share and therfore shouldn´t be prosecuted or found guilty.
They should focus their efforts on the industy leaks which is in the same building as they are themselves and the uploaders.
If I buy a pirated movie from thailand by mail should then the post office be sued and found guilty of copyright infringment but not the dude selling it in Thailand?
