I think the bump in the road for Sony was their late entry into the Online experience...sure it's free but it lacks the the coverage that XBL gives....And One small and minute example is such things like Demos..I mean really...Mostly all of the XBLA content has a demo... when My little brother got his PS3 I told him to download the Dishwasher demo....there is none....Sony's choice to not charge for PSN was a Double edged sword...sure it sounds nice...but when it does not generate revenue to support technical jobs outside network frame work then the $50 XBL fee really let's you see the difference...there is always new things on XBL promoting games exclusive interviews and slew of other things....Sony made the mistake of focusing on individual gaming experience than to encompass both...Seriously360 comes with a free Mic...a 60 dollar Blue tooth head set is steep!
I must Praise the Dual Shock 3 it is fantastic and the console is well built machine...but their Blue ray Monopoly did not work too well...
