RPG on 17 April 2009
Financially everything went wrong this generation for Sony and it all started because of them. Then they started to do ok, 360 got a price drop and the recession was in full flow, everything simply went wrong for Sony.
In terms of games a slow start but with the games coming there is really nothing at all to complain about. Also seems Sony have gone the "3rd place but profitable" route which Nintendo did, this way they can make money and start again next generation.
No way will Sony let the next console out for a long long time, invested so much into the PS3 they will make sure the console is making money by the end of the generation.
