I like the part about how MS is always thinking "3-5 years" ahead.
I guess, if you think about it from a certain standpoint, there's no way he can be wrong. In "3-5 years" all um... Microsoft console owners will want pointer-based controllers with motion controls -- because that's what MS will be providing.
