The best arguments I've seen against the pirate bay so far are:
- It's called pirate bay which encourages people to use it to infringe copyrights.
- They're not nice to people who ask them to help with fighting copyright infringement.
(they're basically the only things which distinguish the Pirate Bay from another search engine like Google)
They're very weak arguments. Do they mean that all would be fine if the site was renamed to "Artist Bay" and they didn't drop f-bombs on the MPAA?
