People that get viruses get them because of their own fault.  You can safely go around the internet without a virus program as long as you're not an idiot.  Don't download random shit from random sites, and stay away from the porn or any other site that spams you with adverts.

You don't have to be a whiz to not get a virus or malware, you just have to be not a dipshit.
