I think that if you say you are bias you are kind of being unbias. You are exposing the faults in your opinion and in such betraying yourself.
You can be unbiased and have an opinion. A unbiased person looks at all sides and takes the best information from all of them. They also aren't afraid of going against their personal emotions for the sake of the truth.
I am not saying that they are always right, though.
