@Tyrannical: What's the big concern with lice in this case? Why not give them a pedicure as well in case they have athlete's foot? Regarding the photos, where's the precedent for doing that?

 

Sure we do.  A contract, a law, a signed piece of paper is exactly that.  Countries toss them aside and trash them at their leisure.  When it comes to doing what is in the best interest for our country,  we should take whatever steps necessary to accomplish this goal.
