Umm... You do realize the game was meant to be a PS3 exclusive, meaning it's been been designed with PS3 in mind, and no other platforms. .

And as many a learned developer have confirmed, it's easier to port from PS3 to 360 then vice versa, if it works on PS3, it'll fly on 360.
Assassins Creed, UT3, Virtua Fighter, Skate 2, The FOrce Unleashed and Devil May Cry 4 are testement to that.

Skate 2, Ghostbusters is only showing 360 footage despite leading on PS3. There aren't really any "high -profile" games leading on PS3 anymore, most developers switched off from that 18 months ago. This is like the last one.
Even so, i'm not sure what you're getting at, Crystal Tools is a multiplatform engine and unlike those games before the 360 version will get a year of development all to itself.
