No, FFXIII will not be downgraded like GTAIV.

But I am waiting a while, due too my concerns that the Xbox 360 version may be downgraded to allow for a PC port.

 

You mean those poor X360 owners will have their version downgraded to constant 30 fps at 1080p like i had on pc?
